Established in 2018, Ah Lock & Co. began with our famous Hakka Signature Rice Bowl and traditional Min Jiang Kueh, bringing comforting hawker flavors to a wider audience at an affordable price.
Over the years, through dedication and R&D we introduced more innovative Asian-inspired rice bowls and sides, giving our customers delicious new options while staying true to our roots.
In 2025, we rebranded as ALC Rice Bowls, unveiling a fresh look, a revamped menu, and welcoming spaces. Today, we continue our mission to serve meals that feel like home—with a contemporary twist.
